Your right to change your mind

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. If you live in the European Union this is your legal right of withdrawal. We offer the same 14 days to customers in all other countries.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at lucija.sila.kejzar@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Tell us your order number and which item or items you want to return.
  2. We will reply with the address to send the item to.
  3. Send the item back to us within 14 days of telling us that you want to return it.

Condition of the item

Please return the item unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached, in its original condition and packaging. You may try it on and handle it the way you would in a shop. If the item shows signs of wear, washing, perfume or damage beyond that, we may reduce your refund by the loss in value.

Return shipping

You pay the cost of sending the item back to us. Please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage, because you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refunds

We refund the price of the returned items and the delivery cost you paid within 14 days of receiving your message that you want to return them. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard one, the extra cost is not refunded. We may wait with the refund until we have received the items back, or until you show proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first. The refund goes to the payment method you used for the order, and you pay no fee for it.

Other sizes

Our pieces are made in very small numbers, so we cannot reserve another size for you. To get a different size, return the item and place a new order while it is still available.

Faulty or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us right away with your order number and photos. We will pay for the return shipping and either replace the item, if we have it, or refund you in full. You also keep the legal guarantee of two years from delivery under Slovenian and EU consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
