All orders are packed and sent from Ljubljana, Slovenia.

We ship to Slovenia, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States. If your country is not on the list, write to us at lucija.sila.kejzar@gmail.com.

Delivery costs

Slovenia, standard delivery: €4.99. Free for orders of €65 or more.
Slovenia, express delivery: €11.99.
All other countries: €16.00 per order.

The delivery cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. All prices include VAT where applicable.

Dispatch and delivery time

We usually dispatch orders within a few working days. You will receive an email when your order has been sent. If we expect a delay, we will let you know. Unless we agree otherwise, we deliver no later than 30 days after your order.

Customs, duties and taxes

Parcels sent outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are charged by the carrier or the customs authority on delivery and are paid by the recipient. We have no influence over these charges.

Address and delivery problems

Please check your address carefully before paying. We cannot change it once the parcel has been sent. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or it was not collected, we will contact you to send it again, and the cost of sending it again is paid by you.

Please look at your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged or something is missing, email us as soon as possible with your order number and photos.
