1. Who we are

This website, silakejzar.com, is operated by Sila Kejzar, Vidmarjeva ulica 8, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. Email: lucija.sila.kejzar@gmail.com. Phone: +386 40 506 634. These terms apply to every purchase you make on this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Products and availability

Our pieces are made in very small numbers, and many exist only once in a given size. The availability shown on the website is updated continuously. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you ordered it, for example because two customers checked out at the same moment, we will tell you without delay and refund everything you paid for it.

We photograph and describe our pieces with care. Colours can look different on different screens. Please read the material, measurement and size information on each product page before you order.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are added at checkout and shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Your order

A contract between you and us is formed when you receive our order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order for a valid reason, for example if an item is unavailable, a price is obviously wrong or we suspect fraud. In that case we refund anything you have paid.

5. Delivery

Delivery costs, countries and times are described in our Shipping policy. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person you named other than the carrier, take physical possession of the item.

6. Returns and withdrawal

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. How this works is described in our Refund policy.

Our items come with the legal guarantee of conformity that applies under Slovenian and EU consumer law, which is two years from delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

8. Intellectual property

All photographs, texts, designs, logos and other content on this website belong to Sila Kejzar or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Complaints and applicable law

If something goes wrong, please write to us first at lucija.sila.kejzar@gmail.com, and we will do our best to solve it quickly. If we cannot solve it together, you can turn to the consumer protection authorities or an out-of-court dispute resolution body in your country.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website at the time of your order applies to that order.
